Clitheroe Covid marshals left 'singing in the rain' thanks to umbrella donation!

A donation of brand new umbrellas has been welcomed by Rotarians and friends who are braving the cold and wet weather and stewarding outside Clitheroe Health Centre to ensure the smooth roll out of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Kevin Horkin MBE, the owner of Ken Vareys outdoor shop in Clitheroe, kindly donated 10 big, beautiful, black umbrellas for their use which are proving invaluable in the present wintry climate.
