Volunteers at the YMCA Clitheroe charity shop are urging people to "press pause" on their charity shop donations until further notice.

A spokesman for the shop in Station Road, said: "During the current crisis, we have temporarily closed our YMCA Shop. Some of our wonderful supporters have donated their goods and left them outside of our building. Unfortunately, these donations are not able to be collected by our team and won't be until we reopen. We kindly ask that you press pause on your donations until we return - so that your kind gifts are not wasted or damaged while we are away. Thank you for everything you do to support YMCA and our community. We can't wait to see you again."
