Burnley building suppliers bring Christmas joy to Pendleside Hospice

A Burnley building suppliers has cemented its reputation for good deeds following a charitable donation to Pendleside Hospice.

MKM Building Supplies Store, located in Empire Business Park, donated £252 to the hospice after staff and customers raised funds through a series of advent raffles.

Christina Cope, head of corporate fundraising at Pendleside, said: “On behalf of Pendleside I would like to say a big thank you to MKM.

"The team held advent raffles and added donations collected in the collecting tins at their busy sales desks. Since the store opened the team have been extremely supportive to their local hospice which we were really grateful for.”
