All the family are members of the church and relatives played key roles in the wedding ceremony. Annabel’s aunt Marcia Turner played the piano as she walked down the aisle and another aunt, Amy Tattersall, sang while the couple signed the registry.

The maid of honour was Niamh Monaghan and Annabel’s sister Eloise Clegg was bridesmaid and also gave a Bible reading. Mila Tattersall (seven) was the flower girl and the ceremony was conducted by the Rev Richard Booth.

The newlyweds, who live in Mossley, met in university in Manchester in 2018. Ben is an engineer working in Huddersfield and Annabel is a DT and food tech teacher at working at Marple Hall School in Manchester.
