Secretary Mrs Freda White organised a World's Biggest Coffee Morning event for Macmillan Cancer Relief at St Mary Magdalene's RC Primary School in Wellfield Drive.

Parents and staff made a selection of buns and cakes and the school was open on Monday afternoon for people to go along and choose from the tempting selection on offer.

All the cakes left over are being sold to pupils during play-time for the rest of the week.
