Appeal to help find Burnley man not seen since August

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing Burnley man not seen for two months.

Stuart Metcalfe was last seen in the Burnley area towards the end of August.

He is described as white, 5ft. 11in. tall, medium build with brown hair, brown eyes and a front tooth missing.

It is believed Stuart may have links to West Yorkshire and the Lake District.

A police spokesman said: "We would urge anybody who sees him or knows where he may be to get in touch quoting log number 1542, 14th October.

"We also urge Mr Metcalfe to get in touch himself if he sees this appeal."
