Pakistan savage attack victim Mohsin back in UK
A Nelson man who was the victim of a savage gang attack while visiting his parents in Pakistan is back in this country.
Mohsin Ilyas discharged himself from hospital in Islamabad at the end of last week.
His family managed to get him back to England and he is currently in the Royal Blackburn Hospital awaiting further surgery, which could take place later today.
Mr Ilyas sustained serious head and facial injuries in the attack earlier this month which left him with a dislocated jaw, cracked cheekbone and 27 stitches in other wounds.
