Original Factory Shop records 50% boost in earnings


The company is celebrating the opening of its 200th shop nationwide this year and saw earnings rise to £14.2m. Overall, sales grew 7.1% while like for like sales rose by 4.2% during the year and six new directors were appointed across the business.
The company’s Chief executive Tony Page said: “We’re very pleased with our performance. We have continued to perform well and this strong set of results lays testament to the hard work of our colleagues throughout the business in growing the company, and the success of the investments and initiatives that we are rolling out.

Hide Ad“The company has focused on investment in fashion and beauty this year, with a more fashion-led marketing approach, signing up new brand partnerships with Pretty Polly, Weird Fish and Jeff Banks.”
The company’s HQ is in Burnley and some of its North West shops are in Padiham, Lancaster, Kirkham, Great Harwood and Todmorden.
