Teddy Bears’ Picnic was a big success

Please may I pass on my grateful thanks to Farmhouse Biscuits at Nelson for their most generous donation of teddy bear biscuits and Tesco at Padiham for all the children’s drinks and picnic bars for the teddy bears’ picnic, which was a great success.

More than 180 children took part in the teddy bears’ picnic.

Also, thank you to John Cuncliff from Memorial Park for his help throughout the day.

I would also like to say thank you to the Padiham Town Team whose donation helped throughout the day’s event and to thank the residents of Bridge Street for enabling all the vehicles to pass into Memorial Park with ease. The event was a great success. Thank you.
