Our future water supply is in jeopardy

I think that at a time when there is quite often shortages of water during the summer and an increasing population, this would be a detrimental thing to be happening and I cannot understand why it should be allowed to happen.

I also think it should not be allowed that these public notices are published during the Christmas period when people have their minds on other things.

The people of this country should be allowed better notice of these things when they are about to happen because this could be detrimental to the future water supply.
