NHS staff saved my son’s life
My son, who is 18, had a life-threatening condition and if it wasn’t for the staff at Burnley General Hospital Urgent Care Centre the ambulance crew and the staff at Royal Blackburn Hospital, my son wouldn’t be with us today.
The service we received was outstanding, we couldn’t have wished for any better treatment from an excellent team of doctors and medical professionals.
East Lancashire hospitals do receive complaints like any other NHS services in the country, but we as a family are so grateful to the NHS services in East Lancashire. Thank you so much again for saving my son’s life.
