LETTER: Who will have first call on Calico social housing?
CALICO are endeavouring to have charity status.
Would someone from Calico please advise, if this happens, do they have to commit to supplying social housing for migrants, immigrants and asylum seekers in preference to insurance-paying, tax-paying UK citizens? If this is the case then, due to limited houses available, anyone waiting to be housed will stand no chance whatsoever.
