LETTER: People in small houses should not be allowed big dogs
MY friends and family think I’m stupid to enjoy rain and snow but I’m not. I am fed up of watching where I walk in this area. I’m constantly looking to the ground. Why? Because thoughtless, inconsiderate people let their dogs go to the toilet anywhere.
At least in the snow you can see it and the rain washes it away. People in terraced houses should not be allowed to have these large dogs, they should have homes with gardens. The least they could do is carry bags to dispose of the dog’s deposits. It’s like running the gauntlet going to the shops or for a walk. Disgraceful.
