LETTER: Burnley Urgent Care centre experience was great
CAN I offer my thanks to Burnley’s Urgent Care Centre.
I needed treatment for an accident I had in my home and the care and respect I received from the reception to the doctor and staff who attended me was a credit to the dedication of all the staff there. So much is being said about how poor the NHS is and we, the older generation, are quite apprehensive about how it really is.
My experience of care and respect from Burnley General Hospital was a grateful and thankful experience.
Thank you to all the staff and the doctor whose kindness I so appreciated. God bless them in the work they are doing.
