I’m searching for Worsthorne burial book

I am researching my family history and have found quite a number of my relatives, including my father and grandfather, were buried in the grounds of the Wesleyan Chapel at Worsthorne, which has been closed for a number of years.

I am in need of the burial book for this chapel to continue my research.

I have tried various places including the Lancashire Record Office, Preston. I last saw this book in 1992 when my father was buried,
