How long to mend traffic lights?
How long does it take for someone in authority to report to the Highways Deptartment when traffic lights require new bulbs fitting?
I’ve noticed a traffic light in Briercliffe Road by the hospital entrance hasn’t been working for some considerable time.
Doesn’t anyone care any more or is it just another cash cow for when someone jumps a red light. Many disabled people cross there.
