Help for blind people to ‘find their feet’

I am writing to introduce myself as your local area fund-raising manager for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).

I am here to raise awareness of RNIB and the services we provide and also to support fund-raising opportunities throughout the region.

RNIB is the leading charity offering information, support and advice to almost two million people with sight loss. We are urgently seeking street and store collectors. Did you know £100,000 was raised from loose change last year from street and store collections?

This year we are on target to reach £150,000, imagine how much more we could raise with your help. Every £410 we raise can pay for someone newly-diagnosed as blind or partially sighted to attend a confidence-boosting “Finding your Feet” weekend.
