Hanging baskets were lovely this summer
I would like to thank Wellgate shops and businesses for their lovely display of hanging baskets during the summer. I am sure I am not the only one who stopped to amire them.
Whalley always makes a huge effort every year, and visitors and residents so appreciate it.
I do hope the rest of the businesses in the town will follow Wellgate’s lead next year.
