Disabled flats rented out to druggies
Dear Calico ... I am writing as my attention was turned to you as I heard and saw for myself that the flats and bungalows supposed to be for the elderly and disabled are now full of people i.e. druggies, drunkards and young people, making life hard for the pensioner.
They are too afraid to answer the door and some to go out. You are not a good landlord.
