Bins on pavements create an obstacle course on our streets
Well done to the lady who made a point about cars and bins on pavements.
I need to use a walking aid and have been medically advised not to give up my daily walks but I avoid Wednesday bin collection day in my area.
The streets are like an obstacle course.
After emptying, the bins are left anywhere until the householder returns home, making it difficult for people like myself and those with prams.
There is also a great deal of parking across dropped kerbs which also makes life difficult.
The whole matter needs to be addressed.
