Idiotic acts never cease to amaze me

A hard-working team put together another excellent Trawden Show in August.

They had everything right but for the one unquantifiable ... the weather. Heavy rain and strong winds were always bound to have an effect of visitor numbers. But whoever put up a sign suggesting it had been cancelled had a worse bearing on the financial outcome of the day.

Idiotic and irresponsible are just two of the words springing to mind.
