Burnley Market: use it or lose it

For many years the market has been the centre of much debate. Is the location right? Are rents too high? Is the range and number of stalls enough to sustain the cost of running it?

We all have our own views. Personally, I am a big fan of the market and believe a thriving market is central to any successful town centre.

Blackburn has successfully re-invigorated its market, creating a modern, easily-accessible shopping environment. But it really is up to the shoppers to support traders or face losing our market for good.
