Nelson teen in court accused of Burnley New Year’s Eve sex attack
A TEENAGER has appeared before Penine magistrates charged with a sexual assault in Burnley on New Year’s Eve.

Tahmoor Abid Hussain (19), of Princess Street, Nelson, has been charged with sexual assault by penetration. He was remanded in custody to appear at Burnley Crown Court on April 18th.
A 22-year-old man who was initially arrested in connection with the offence has been released with no further action.
