Nelson hair salon’s big chop for wig charity

A charity event in aid of child cancer sufferers has raised £481.62.

Little Princess Trust provides wigs for children who have lost their hair following cancer treatment.

At an event held at Hollywood Hair Salon in Nelson, supporters donated locks of their own hair to the cause.

Organiser Grace Agnew donated 14in. of hair, her sister Ailish Agnew 7in. and Estelle Schofield a further 7in.
