Nelson boxer’s sex case adjourned
A boxer who was due to be sentenced this morning after admitting a charge of penetrative sex with a 14-year-old girl has had his case removed from a list of crown court hearings.
Atif Mushtaq (26), of Hendon Road, Nelson, was due to appear at Burnley Crown Court but the matter has been adjourned and Mushtaq is now due to be sentenced on January 15th.
