The accident happened in Brunshaw Road Three fire engines from Burnley, Padiham and Nelson attended the collision involving one car on Brunshaw Road at 6pm.
Firefighters rescued one person from the vehicle using cutting equipment, who was then taken to hospital by ambulance.
