M65 fatalities: Teenager charged with causing death by careless driving
A teenager has appeared at Burnley Magistrates’ Court, accused of causing death by careless driving.
Callum Mossop (19) is charged with causing the deaths of Mazafer Iqbal and Mohammed Iqbal by driving his Citroen C2 on the M65 without due care and attention, last July 26th.
Mossop, of Alderhurst End Farm, Trawden, will have his case heard at the crown court. The case was adjourned until a hearing there on June 22nd.
