Hundreds of students celebrate A-Level exam joy

Hundreds of A-Level students were celebrating another record year of exam results.

Burnley College Sixth Form Centre was toasting the success of its students who shone with a 99.8% pass rate and an unprecedented number of top A*- B grades.

Thomas Whitham Sixth Form also saw a 98% pass rate – the best results the college has ever seen.
