Firefighters tackle kitchen blaze at Burnley house
Firefighters were on the scene to put out a blaze in a kitchen at a house in Burnley yesterday.

The blaze involved the cooker at the house in Emily Street and two firefighters, wearing breathing apparatus, used a hose reel and ventilation unit to bring the flames under control.
They were at the scene for just under an hour after the alarm was raised at 1pm. There were no casualties.
