Firefighters stage dog rescue after pooch becomes trapped in railings in Pendle
Firefighters came to the aid of a poor dog who got its head trapped in railings yesterday afternoon.

Crews from Nelson were called to Walton Lane at 1-30pm where they found the stranded animal.
The crew used Holmatro spreaders to free the dog and remained on the scene for just over half an hour.
