Firefighters called out after car fire spreads to house
Firefighters spent two hours battling a blaze that spread from a car to a nearby property in Burnley last night.
Crews from Burnley and Nelson were called out at 10-30pm to Angle Street where they found the flames from the car had spread to the first floor of the adjacent property.
They quickly brought the fire under control using two breathing apparatus, a triple extension ladder and a hose reel.
