Fire-fighters' reunion welcomes all
Former Colne fire-fighters have celebrated their annual reunion with a jovial get-together on Friday, November 18th at The Colne Legion on Keighley Road in Colne.
With a joyous time enjoyed by all, over 50 retired, current, and former fire-fighters and their partners attended this year’s annual event in what was a great turnout.
Fire-fighters from all over Pendle and from across Lancashire were in attendance, and were happily joined by retired police officers and paramedics, many of whom had also bravely attended many of the call-out incidents in the past alongside the fire-fighters.
The various guests enjoyed fantastic entertainment provided by singers Jack Herbert, Sarah Cross, and Charis Deighton, and enjoyed a delicious traditional pie and peas supper.
