Fence hotel plan: latest
A planning application has been submitted relating to the former Bay Horse pub at Wheatley Lane Road, Fence.
The Barrowford and Western Parishes Committee has been asked for comments on an application from Mr Kevin Berkins for Listed Building consent for alterations and extensions to the south and west elevations, to reopen a blocked up doorway to the north elevation, internal alterations, re-roofing, alterations to car park, wall up existing doorway on the north elevation and erect stone wall to form enclosed yard.
The application is due to be delegated to Pendle Council’s planning officers.
