Drunken man arrested at 4am would not listen to police court told
A drunken man arrested at 4am on a Burnley street wouldn't listen to police, a court heard.
Aaron Alston (34) of Burnett Street, Burnley, admitted being drunk and disorderly on Athol Street North, Burnley, on Good Friday, April 19th.
He was given a four month conditional discharge and was told to pay £50 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
