Henderson had his case heard in his absence, after his solicitor told the bench the defendant had suffered a serious injury in a fall.

The defendant, of Pembroke Street, Burnley, admitted being drunk and disorderly on Blacker Street.

He was ordered to pay a total of £155 in fines, costs and victim surcharge.
