Vandal caught scratching car on CCTV camera
A middle-aged woman was caught scratching a car after a vandalism victim set up CCTV cameras, a court heard.
Burnley Magistrates Court was told how Rochelle Marie Tapper (45) who lived nearby, was recognised by victim Stephen Bowditch's wife.

Tapper, who was offered a conditional caution over the incident, told police she was sorry and she was not targeting the victim.
The defendant, of Dall Street, Burnley, admitted damage to the value of £300, on or between Saturday, January 2nd and Monday, March 7th.
She was given a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay £380 in compensation, costs and victim surcharge.
Mr Andrew Robinson, prosecuting, said the victim had deep scratches made down the side of his car.
He said:" A couple of cars had been damaged so he decided, after a couple of incidents, to install CCTV.
"I believe the gentleman's wife recognised her. I think she not a direct neighbour, but lives nearby."
Tapper had been cautioned on condition she pay £300 to the victim, but had paid £20 and nothing further.
The defendant, who was not represented by a solicitor, was asked by Deputy District Judge Frank Appleyard :" What made you do it ?"
She replied :" I don't know really. I just had a lot of problems. I just went outside and did it to get rid of some of my aggression but I won't scratch any more cars."
