Vandal caught scratching car on CCTV camera
Burnley Magistrates Court was told how Rochelle Marie Tapper (45) who lived nearby, was recognised by victim Stephen Bowditch's wife.
Tapper, who was offered a conditional caution over the incident, told police she was sorry and she was not targeting the victim.

Hide AdThe defendant, of Dall Street, Burnley, admitted damage to the value of £300, on or between Saturday, January 2nd and Monday, March 7th.
She was given a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay £380 in compensation, costs and victim surcharge.
Mr Andrew Robinson, prosecuting, said the victim had deep scratches made down the side of his car.
He said:" A couple of cars had been damaged so he decided, after a couple of incidents, to install CCTV.

Hide Ad"I believe the gentleman's wife recognised her. I think she not a direct neighbour, but lives nearby."
Tapper had been cautioned on condition she pay £300 to the victim, but had paid £20 and nothing further.
The defendant, who was not represented by a solicitor, was asked by Deputy District Judge Frank Appleyard :" What made you do it ?"
She replied :" I don't know really. I just had a lot of problems. I just went outside and did it to get rid of some of my aggression but I won't scratch any more cars."
