Police release CCTV footage of assault

Police have released CCTV footage of an assault that happened on Hammerton Street, Burnley, in September outside the former Lava and Ignite nightclub.

The assault happened in the early hours of Saturday, September 24th, and left the victim with facial injuries and damaged teeth.

The man police want to speak to is described as white, in his early twenties, 6ft. tall and of a slim/medium build with blond hair which is cropped round the sides and longer on top.

He was wearing a distinctive T-shirt with a light upper half, dark lower half and horizontal lines on the left hand side.
