Police mount bid to catch culprits leaving 'laughing gas' canisters on Burnley industrial estate
Police are mounting patrols on an industrial estate in Burnley after reports of nitrous oxide capsules being left in the area.

Business owners on Bancroft Road have voiced concerns about the number of vehicle owners visiting the area who could be responsible for leaving the capsules, known as 'laughing' gas, and also larger gas cannisters.
Officers have said they will be visit the area while on patrol in a bid to identify the culprits.
