Police arrest man in Briercliffe on drug offences following tip-off from public
Police have arrested a man in the Briercliffe area of Burnley on suspicion of drug offences.
The arrest took place yesterday evening when the Burnley Taskforce arrested a 38 year-old man on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to supply in the Briercliffe Road area of the town.
Officers were acting on information received directly from the local community.
