Police appeal to find arsonists responsible for setting bins on fire in Clitheroe

Describing the acts of arson as a ‘serious offence’ Ribble Valley police have said they are following up lines of inquiry with local offenders. But they have also appealed to the public for help with any names or information to help them identify those responsible.
