Nelson shoplifter given three-year Criminal Behaviour Order

Sean Cullen (31), of no fixed address, was given the CBO at Blackburn Magistrates’ Court on Friday due to shoplifting offences.

He is prohibited from entering:

- Junction 13 Service Station, Nelson;

- Spar, Leeds Road, Nelson.

A police spokesperson said: “Operation Vulture is Lancashire Constabulary’s response to shoplifting across the county, backed by Lancashire’s Police and Crime Commissioner Clive Grunshaw.

“We will be continuing to tackle shoplifters as a priority in Nelson.”
