Man denies assault
A 45-year-old Burnley man is facing trial before magistrates, accused of assault and damage charges.
Tony Porter is accused of two counts of common assault and one of criminal damage. He has denied the allegations.
The defendant, of Talbot Street, appeared at Blackburn Magistrates' Court.
His trial is on April 20th.
