Magistrates issue criminal behaviour order to Burnley town centre shoplifting duo
Two persistent shoplifters in Burnley town centre have been issued with a two year criminal behaviour order.

David Hodgson-Smith (36) and Peter Hodgson-Smith (39) of Hudson Street, Burnley, appeared before Burnley Magistrates where the order was granted following their conviction for shoplifting offences. Part of the conditions prohibit them from entering any self-service store.
Community Beat Manager PC Paul Marsden said: “We will continue to target the most prolific offenders to make the town a safe and enjoyable place to work and visit.”
