Cannabis and suspected stolen goods discovered in Burnley house raid
Police have seized a quantity of cannabis found at an address in the Queensgate area of the town.
After executing a warrant yesterday (Friday), police discovered an amount of cannabis as well as a number of items that were suspected of being stolen.
PC Horne, of the Burnley North Neighbourhood policing team, said: "Officers from the North NHPT and task force team executed a drugs warrant within the Queensgate area. A quantity of cannabis was seized.
"Whilst searching in the address, items which were suspected as being stolen was also seized. Enquiries are currently on-going regarding these.
