Burnley magistrates were told how Mohammed Hussain had a snap bag of drugs in his front bedroom and cocaine was found in his car.

Police had searched his family home in the town at 8-43am, on October 6th.

Mr Philip Turner, defending, told the hearing a small amount of cocaine was found in the passenger door of Hussain's vehicle.

The solicitor continued: "What he says is the cannabis was his, but the cocaine had, in fact, been taken into his car by somebody else who left it in the passenger door. He saw it there. He doesn't use cocaine , he wasn't sure what to do with it and he just left it there."
