Burnley man (30) arrested in connection to killing of swan on Leeds Liverpool canal

Police are questioning a 30-year-old man in relation to the suspected killing of a swan in Burnley on Sunday evening.

Burnley and Padiham Police put oiut an appeal for information after the incident at around 6pm.

Officers from the Burnley Task Force arrested a 30 year old male from the Burnley area yesterday and hw is currently being dealt with by officers from the police and RSPCA,
