A driver has been arrested after giving a positive alcohol breath sample when stopped in Burnley.

The Lexus he was driving failed to stop in Burnley town centre. The vehicle was stopped a short time later by response officers.
A spokesman for Lancashire Road Police tweeted: "One of the front tyres was flat and it was leaking a lot of oil. Driver arrested after giving a positive alcohol breath sample. Vehicle prohibited and seized."
