Court date set for charged trio

James Wilkinson (20), of Chapelhouse Road, Nelson, and Joshua Bullen (19), also of Chapelhouse Road, Nelson, have both been charged with theft and aggravated vehicle taking.

A 17-year-old from Burnley, who cannot be named, has been charged with theft, aggravated vehicle taking and driving a motor vehicle dangerously.

All charges relate to the taking of a car from Manor Street in Nelson and all three have been bailed to appear at Burnley Crown Court on Monday, May 11th.

The 17-year-old has also been made subject to an electronic tag and curfew.
