Cosh charge after Padiham pub incident
A man alleged to have turned up at a Padiham pub wearing a black balaclava and carrying a cosh, appeared before Burnley magistrates.

Shaun Thomas Ross (48) is also accused of smashing five windows at the Bridge Inn on March 14th.
Ross, of Kime Street, Burnley, indicated not guilty pleas to allegations of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place and criminal damage to the value of £750.
